Clarence Road represented a challenging development proposal.
Near the centre of the historic market town of Llandeilo, the plot fell away steeply from the highway sloping down towards the Tywi river valley. It was determined that a split level town-house would best blend with the local vernacular whilst maximising accommodation on a relatively small site. We are very pleased with the resulting property which sits inconspicuously in its historic surroundings, yet provides its occupants with a 21st century living environment.
